The Ultra-Lite Aluminum Weight lifting bar is 28 mm diameter, 6’bar and weighs 15lbs but is significantly reduced in weight so that the trainee can focus 100% on form and not the weight of the bar. The York Barbell Ultra-Lite Aluminum barbell is a great teaching tool for school weight rooms, sports performance centers, home gyms, and commercial gyms.
The YORK® Ultra-light aluminum bar is the perfect bar for the training of proper lifting technique. The 6’ bar weighs only 15 lbs. This bar is great for learning technique or youth training. This bar has a 150lb test rating.
It has no center knurl. Fits 2” Olympic Plates.
