Refund / Returns

While we strongly encourage you to learn the product, it’s features and ways to use it before making the purchase, we understand things happen and we don’t want to leave you frustrated. We try to help building local fitness community and cooperation is our priority.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. Full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Any item not in its original condition, damaged or with missing parts can not qualify as acceptable for return.

If you picked up your product or it was delivered to you, you have to have it delivered to our location in order to return.

If your product was shipped to you, you will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please use trackable shipping service. In order to guarantee your returned item is received.
